| Objectives |
The Roads Fund Board has reviewed the Roads and Fuel Tolls Act, Cap. 220 and its Regulations with the view to update them and reflect changes in respective institutional and legal frameworks. From the review, a set of draft proposed amendments have been prepared. The proposed amendments are meant to enhance effective and efficient implementation of the Act and its Regulations. |
