A historic milestone was marked as Eng. Rashid S. Kalimbaga officially assumed office as President of the Executive Committee of the African Road Maintenance Funds Association (ARMFA) for the 2025–2027 term, during the Hand-Over, Installation and Investiture Ceremony.
The ceremony was witnessed by the Honourable Abdallah Hamis Ulega (MP), Minister for Works of the United Republic of Tanzania, alongside distinguished leaders from across the continent.
In his acceptance remarks, Eng. Kalimbaga expressed deep appreciation to the outgoing President, Eng. Moussa Essaie Aubin, for his outstanding leadership in strengthening partnerships, advancing capacity building, and elevating ARMFA’s profile at regional and continental levels.
